Isabelle Mayfair — Shipping Policy

Free Shipping, always.
We pay the shipping costs for every order—no minimum spend. All products are delivered 100% free to your home.

Please consider public holidays, which may affect carrier timelines.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom. (If your location isn’t supported at checkout, contact us and we’ll try to help.)

Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
    This includes packing, quality checks (size/condition), and preparing your parcel for dispatch.

  • Orders placed Fri evening or on weekends may start processing the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Average delivery: 7–15 business days after processing.
    (Typical carrier estimates are 6–10 business days; however, customs, carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can extend this window.)

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (usually within 24 hours of dispatch).

  • Didn’t get tracking within 2 business days of ordering? Email us at info@isabelle-mayfair.co.uk 

  • You can also use our “Track Your Order” page with your tracking number or your order number + email.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at info@isabelle-mayfair.co.uk
We can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Multiple Addresses

One order = one shipping address.
To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders (we’re happy to help: info@isabelle-mayfair.co.uk 

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived after the maximum estimated window, contact us right away info@isabelle-mayfair.co.uk
We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist with a replacement or solution.

Notes & Exceptions

  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak periods (sale events/holidays), processing and transit may take longer.

  • Remote areas may require additional time.
